So once you have these ingredients, you boil and mix them with a wooden spoon for approximately 2.5 hours or until it forms a rubbery texture.

Let the mixture cool for half a day and then it will be ready to apply the next time you take a shower. Use the solution topically after you bathe as your flesh will need to be warm for it to work.

Apply the mix with a cloth as it will discolor the keratin in your fingernails. Let your thighs absorb the solution for 15 minutes before you wipe off the excess.

Do this twice daily for the 3 weeks along with the following 2 steps and you’ll have your thigh gap sooner than you expected.

Step 2: Eat Healthy Foods

I know this may seem obvious, but it’s necessary if you want a thigh gap. Most people will tell you to eat superfoods 3 times a day like you’re rich or something. Not everyone can afford to shop at Whole Foods you inconsiderate health bloggers!

But back to the point. You can eat healthy while on a budget. One of the best ways to do so is by shopping for local produce found at farmers markets. They have the best selections of organic foods for a fair price.

Step 3: Exercise to lose weight, not gain muscle

This is probably another obvious one, but what’s not obvious is the workout I’ll share with you now.

Squats and lifts will make your thighs bulky, which is great if you want to crush watermelons between your legs. It’s also great if you want to work in a sex fetish industry. But if you just want pretty thigh gaps, do not do those exercises.

Running is a decent workout, but it will make your calves hard as rocks which are not sexy to most men. Avoid high impact exercises in favor of low stress, high-intensity workouts.

The single best exercise to attain a thigh gap is the French Whipping method. This involves whipping ropes around your thighs and straining them for 2-minute intervals for at least 3 hours per day.

Doing this will drastically reduce the thick of your thighs through means of atrophy. Once you attain the thigh gap, you may reduce the amount French Whipping to only what is necessary to keep your figure.
